We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All products are displayed with Free Shipping, meaning no extra delivery fee is added at checkout.

1.Order Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery

We deliver using reliable UK delivery partners. As shipping is included, customers will not see additional charges at checkout.

3. Damages During Shipping

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and share photos of the item and packaging. We will then replace your product or issue a refund where appropriate, and handle the courier claim separately on our side.

4. Undelivered Parcels

If the delivery partner confirms that a parcel is delivered but you have not received it, message us and we’ll assist you in investigating it.
