Rihla & Co. – Easy Returns, Clear Refunds
We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ve made the process simple and fair.
1. Return Window
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be sent back to us within 7 days after your return is approved.
2. Condition of Items
- To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed safely to prevent damage during return transit
- Returned with all original accessories or packaging if supplied
3. Handmade Product Note
- Since our products are handcrafted:
- Small variations in colour, pattern, texture, or finish may occur.
- These natural differences are part of the product’s character and not valid grounds for a refund.
4. Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We will only cover return costs if:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The product delivered was incorrect
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- We cannot provide refunds for:
- Products altered, assembled, repaired, or modified by the customer
- Wear and tear after use
- Items not packaged safely, leading to damage during the return
- Claims based on handmade variations (see Section 3)
7. Damages in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.We will replace it or refund where applicable.
8. Exchanges (If Preferred)
Exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock.
If not available, you may choose:
- A refund, or
- An alternative product
9. Pricing & VAT Clarit
- Prices are displayed as final retail totals.
- VAT is not added at checkout.
10. How to Request a Return
Send us an email including:
- Your order number
- Name used for the order
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
