By using our website and placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms below. We keep everything fair, transparent, and customer-first.

1. General

  • Our business operates online only from the UK.
  • We sell handmade, artisanal products inspired by Moroccan heritage.
  • Product availability may vary, as many items are sourced in small batches.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products & Listings

  • Because items are handmade, slight differences in colour, texture, or shape can occur.This is not a defect, it is part of the beauty and uniqueness of the craft.
  • We accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions,but screen settings may cause small variations in how colours appear on different devices.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • Prices shown at checkout are the final total you will pay.
  • We accept secure online payments.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the UK using tracked delivery services.
  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated when you order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, bad weather, strikes, customs (if applicable),or other conditions outside our control,but we will always work with you to track and support your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy (this will be provided separately on the website).
  • Refunds are only processed once the item is returned and inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for: 
    1.items altered by the customer
   2.normal handmade variations
   3.wear and tear after use

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible  and you must follow the returns process instead.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the requested item is still in stock.
  • If not in stock, a refund or alternative choice will be offered.

8. Customer Conduct

  • Our website, images and text are protected.
  • They may not be copied, reused or distributed without permission.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without valid basis may result in restricted service,though we aim to resolve all issues respectfully.

9. Liability

We are only responsible for issues directly caused by us (such as damaged or incorrect products).We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect address submissions
  • customer failure to collect parcels
  • product misuse after delivery
  • Our total liability will never exceed the original amount paid.

Your personal information is handled securely and responsibly,as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Updates

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect operational or legal changes.Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
